10 Fun Facts About My Trip To WWE WrestleMania XIX

9. The Walk Back To The Hotel

Seeing WrestleMania live can be compared to jumping out of a plane, only instead of that 5-10 minute rush of free falling to the ground you get a four hour state of euphoria where you see legends face off against each other, young stars try to climb the ladder and spectacular entrances that wouldn€™t look out of place during a Super Bowl halftime show.

H do you come down from that incredible high? Luckily, in Seattle, I found out that the best way to cope with the experience is to go to a nearby bar and party with other wrestling fans. We all want to have a good time and reminisce about the night.

I looked around the bar in Seattle and saw fans giving each other the Stunner, guys at the bar having shots, nerdy fans debating win/loss records of various competitors and everyone just pent up with excitement from just having experienced a childhood dream of seeing WrestleMania.

You€™ll also inevitably bump into fans from all over the UK. Whether it€™s a large, loud chap in a One Night Only t-shirt saying Shawn€™s still a dick for not putting Bulldog over in 1997 or fans with huge Irish, Scottish, English or Welsh flags thrown over them like a dressing gown, the UK fans are in the WrestleMania city in droves to see the Showcase of The Immortals.

They grew up with InsurreXtion and Rebellion so, really, who could blame them?
