Over the course of his 12 years in WWE, John Cena has unquestionably been the company's most valuable player. He's set records, had dozens of classic matches, brought in millions, and demonstrated a longevity as number one star that has exceeded that of any other WWE superstar ever, besides Bruno Sammartino. That said, an awful lot of people still don't like him. It's similar to the Michael Cole thing -- hardcore WWE fans see him as someone who's been shoved down their throats for a decade, glossing over the man's talent and mainstream recognition. Indeed, almost since the day Cena first won the WWE Title, he's had to deal with very vocal detractors. This hasn't gotten better as the years have passed and he's amassed an amazing 15 World Championships. John Cena's day in the Hall of Fame will come, and it will be a historic induction worthy of the man. Just be sure, though, that when it's announced, millions of fans will groan, and during his speech, he'll have to contend with some very familiar chants.
