10 Future Trios Champions In AEW

Dalton Castle and The Boys have been a proven act in Ring of Honor for some time where they are currently the Six-Man Tag Team Champions in the promotion. The theatrical threesome are entertaining enough in their own right to justify the continued existence of a trios division within the somewhat displaced ROH brand.

However, the fact that they cannot defend these titles regularly makes them a sorely underused act that could help improve AEW's trios division instead. Having Dalton and the Tate twins feud with whoever ends up being the inaugural AEW Champions would be a way to have the ROH roster have more of a spotlight than it is currently struggling to attain.

There is a possibility to unify the championships so that the trios division could be a cross-promotional entity that would involve different teams from AEW, ROH, and possibly beyond. If nothing else it will allow Dalton Castle to have more television time which the flamboyant superstar certainly deserves.

On a larger note, it is clear that Tony Khan must find a suitable way to produce regular ROH content or the brand will become much more irrelevant than it already is.
