10 Future Trios Champions In AEW
7. The Rascalz
Throughout the different various iterations of the group, The Rascalz have been one of the most exciting teams in wrestling for the past few years. The first version of the group consisted of Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz, Trey Miguel, and Myron Reed, but that line-up has changed a great deal in the time since the faction was formed.
The threesome of Dez, Trey, and Wentz would go on to find the most success in Impact Wrestling, which led to them receiving interest from both WWE and AEW. Xavier and Wentz would then sign with NXT as MSK, which effectively ended The Rascalz as a faction. The newly named Wes Lee and Nash Carter demonstrated the exciting high energy action that earned their reputation on the independent scene, but the tandem was abruptly ended when the latter was released from WWE earlier this year.
The original members of The Rascalz reunited this summer on the indies, besides Xavier who remains signed to WWE as part of NXT 2.0. As a six-man unit, they would be an asset to any major company, particularly in AEW's new trios division. Hopefully, all four members of the group can come together again one day and continue thrilling the wrestling world.
