5. John Cena Breaks The Make A Wish Foundation Record
John Cena catches a lot of flack from older wrestling fans these days. Whether its the booking or the man himself, many are sick of seeing him constantly near the main event scene and always defying the odds to the point where it is hard to believe that he will lose no matter what challenges he faces. That perception has changed a little in recent years, especially now that Brock Lesnar is around, but what never changes is Cena's appeal to kids. Children make up an enormous portion of WWE and Cenas fan base and Cena puts more effort into being the role model that these children want than practically any other celebrity. Nowhere is that more evident than in his work with the Make A Wish Foundation, which grants children suffering from terminal illnesses any wish that they are able. One of the most requested wishes is meeting John Cena and Cena has taken time out his busy schedule of wrestling, attending media events and everything else that comes with being the top star in the WWE to grant more than 400 of those wishes. That number breaks every record that the Make A Wish Foundation has for celebrity appearances and shows that no matter how much some may dislike the booking of Cena on occasion, nobody can question the effort he puts into giving back to his fans.
