10. Chris Benoit vs. Kevin Sullivan

It's a lesson that people always fail to learn and always pay the price: Do not get your spouse involved in a wrestling angle unless you're prepared to lose that spouse. In an example of life imitating art, Kevin Sullivan (the booker of WCW at the time) crafted an angle where his real-life wife, Woman, would leave him for Chris Benoit. In order to maintain kayfabe, Woman and Benoit began traveling together and spending every waking moment together. To no one's surprise, except maybe Sullivan, Woman and Benoit began an affair that culminated with Woman leaving Sullivan in real-life for Benoit. Unfortunately for Benoit, he still had to deal with Sullivan in the ring. Sullivan rightfully blamed Benoit for the breakup of his marriage and could have taken liberties in the ring with Benoit with no one really blaming him. To his credit, Sullivan was a professional through the entire feud with Benoit and some classic matches resulted.
