10 Great Wrestlers Who Never Had A One-On-One Match At WWE WrestleMania

4. Vader

Like many on this list, Vader was criminally under-used in the WWF.

The former WCW and IWGP Heavyweight Champion arrived in the WWF in 1996 and looked set for a push to match his monstrous size.

Unfortunately, things did not run smoothly for the master of the Vader Bomb. Backstage tensions between Vader and the booking team led to the masked man's push being cancelled and his standing was reduced to that of jobber to the stars.

Despite scoring a main event match with Shawn Michaels at SummerSlam, Vader never got a one-on-one 'Mania match.

He was originally pencilled in to face Yokozuna at WrestleMania XII, but plans got changed to a six man tag that saw Vader pin Jake Roberts for the win.

The following year, Vader teamed with Mankind to challenge Owen Hart and The British Bulldog for the World Tag Team Championship. The match ended in a double countout, which is always great for a WrestleMania match.

The Mastodon was one of the greatest wrestlers of all time and it's a crying shame that he never got a run at the top. The list of dream matches he could have put on is endless, all of them fitting of a WrestleMania spot.
