10 Greatest Fake Pro Wrestlers In Movies

3. Bonesaw McGraw (Spider-Man)

WWE Zeus
Columbia Pictures

The subject of an obscure Easter egg in Spider-Man: Far From Home, Bonesaw McGraw was a colourful character in the original film Spider-Man’s origin story. Played by wrestling legend Macho Man Randy Savage, Bonesaw McGraw’s an oiled up tough guy out to find an opponent who can last just 3 minutes against him.

With Savage’s distinctively raspy voice and trademark intensity, the aggressive McGraw looks ready to explode when he takes on the Human Spider. A pro wrestling themed update of PeterParker’s boxing foray in the comic books, McGraw’s fight provides some laughs and the film’s first real bit of action. Despite the build-up as a devastating destroyer, McGraw falls pretty easily to Parker, even with the assistance of a steel chair.

We never know what happened to Bonesaw after his shocking upset loss. Given how quickly the fans embraced that super rookie Spider-Man, perhaps Bonesaw fell down the card for a spell. Luckily for him, Spider-Man moved onto crime fighting and somehow seemingly no one there that night pieced together it was the same guy.
