The youngest WrestleMania venue only opened its doors in July 2014, and it's already served as the home of a Super Bowl and a WrestleMania. The relatively-new home of the San Francisco 49ers doesn't seem all that different from previous outdoor venues used for WrestleMania, but perhaps being on the west coast helped give it a special flavor. By having the kickoff matches take place not too long after 3 PM Pacific time, WrestleMania 31 mostly took place under cloudless blue skies, casting a golden light over most of the event. Only as Bray Wyatt made his entrance in the semi-main event did the sun begin to set, making it the first WrestleMania in 22 years to be naturally well-lit most of the way.
