10 Greatest WWE Smackdown Brand PPVs
1. Vengeance 2003
Make no mistake, once Raw became The Triple H Show in the fall of 2002, Smackdown pulled so far ahead that it wasn't even funny, thanks to the efforts of the "Smackdown Six". Four of those performers helped make Vengeance 2003 into an instant classic, with two of them (Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit) just about stealing the show in the opening US Championship final.
Rey Mysterio teamed with Billy Kidman in a loss to The World's Greatest Tag Team, another forgotten gem. Kurt Angle won the WWE Championship in an exceptional main event over Brock Lesnar and Big Show. Also of note was John Cena's most high-profile one-on-one match with The Undertaker, when Cena was a heel and Undertaker was still performing as a humanised biker.
