10 Hidden Masterminds Behind Wrestling's Biggest Ever Stars

5. QT Marshall

Danny Davis OVW
AEW

The legitimate co-owner of the Nightmare Factory alongside Cody Rhodes and Glacier, QT Marshall has multiple roles with All Elite Wrestling including-but-not-limited to working as a wrestler, coach and talent liaison.

It's a tough role in a company still relatively new and evidently unrefined in some of its key administrative processes, not least with such a high standard of match expectation and high volume of talent arriving through the front door from other organisations.

Ultimately, when AEW toast 10-or-so years in business and reflect on what made everything work, Marshall will be considered one of the shoot pillars to go alongside the carefully constructed kayfabe ones. That he's willingly played an stupidest-guy-in-the-room-that-thinks-he's-the-smartest-one coach figure as the boss of The Factory will provide a useful contrast - the guy willing to show all the *ss on television will be one of the ones tacitly responsible for putting so many of them in the seats.
