10 High Flying WWE Stunts You Needed To See To Believe

1. Shane McMahon - Elbow Drop From The Titantron

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AZr2RpfA_c Shane McMahon is an enigma of a man. The son of Vince K. McMahon, he was given every opportunity in life and took advantage of every single one of them. He could have done anything with his life, but since his teen years he dedicated it to professional wrestling. He started out on the ring crew, before stepping into the ring as a referee. Eventually, he joined his father on screen during the infamous Mr. McMahon/€Stone Cold€ Steve Austin feud. Shane€™s shocked everyone when he faced X-Pac at WrestleMania XV and nearly stole the show. No-one realised that Vince McMahon€™s son could wrestle and wrestle that well. From there, his in-ring career was limited, but he always delivered. His first foray into a more stunt style of wrestling came at SummerSlam 2000 when while trying to flee up from Steve Blackman up the Titantron, he was struck with a kendo stick and crashed to the floor. Wrestlers, especially the daredevil ones like Shane, are always trying to one-up themselves and go bigger and better the next time, which is exactly what happened at Backlash 2001. In a Last Man Standing match against The Big Show, Shane performed a Leap of Faith elbow drop from the top of the Backlash set onto a prone Big Show. It€™s one of the most memorable stunts ever in wrestling, made even more impressive by the fact it€™s done by the boss€™ son. These days, Shane has left wrestling in order to carve his own legacy and sits as the Chairman of the Board and principal executive office of You On Demand, China€™s answer to Netflix. While he shows no signs of ever coming back, fans would explode if they ever heard €œHear Comes The Money€ ringing from arena speakers.
