It's fair to say that Storm wasn't exactly used to his fullest potential in WWE. His three-year run was marked with unproductive quirks (learning how to have "fun", being a stereotypical America basher). If I'm going to remember Storm for one thing in WWE, it's going to be his SummerSlam 2001 opener for the Intercontinental title with fellow Canadian Edge.

Edge's popularity was soaring at the time, and when pitted against a WCW invader with WWE gold, he was the perfect up-and-coming babyface to wrest the belt back. The match was functionally Edge's true arrival as a singles star, with he and Storm working the crowd down the stretch with false finishes.

Edge and Christian's first hint of angst even took place near the conclusion, so it has further historical notability.
