Up until a fortnight or so ago, CM Punk wouldn't have made it onto this list.

What's changed in that time? Well, the Second City Saint has stirred the pot once more, teasing that he'd be more than open to facing Will Ospreay later this year should the Aerial Assassin still hold the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship by the end of the summer.

For those still holding out hope that Punk will one day make an in-ring return, that was all that was needed to once more start fantasy booking the Straight-Edge Superstar's formal return to the squared circle and what feuds he'd be embroiled in for the next several years.

Whether that CM Punk return ever happens, we'll all just have to wait and see. By responding to Ospreay's challenge in such a way - talking up how that match certainly appeals to him - one has to class Punk as somebody who still just about has their toes dipped in the pro wrestling business.
