10 HUGE AEW Double Or Nothing Predictions You Need To Know

9. The 21-Man Casino Battle Royale

The winner of The Buy In's Casino Battle Royale will face one of Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship at a future event. This may be a pre-show match, but the stakes are high, and this makes picking from the current crop of wrestlers difficult.

17 names have been confirmed so far, with MJF, Billy Gunn, Joey Janela, and Shawn 'Tye Dillinger' Spears the most recognisable. Each has something to offer, but can a promotion with AEW's ambitions rely on them to sell a pay-per-view this early? This means that one of the Battle Royale's four unannounced participants will likely take the spot, and WhatCulture's Michael Hamflett has the most enticing booking scenario.

Whoever bags the no. 21 spot strolls out from the match. Jake 'The Snake' Roberts ambushes them from behind, then grabs the stick, and, in a call-back to his infamous Heroes Of Wrestling promo, says: "you don't want to play cards with me, because I'll cheat. You want to play 21? I got 22." Enter: the former Dean Ambrose, and the most worthy AEW Title contender imaginable.

Winner: Jon Moxley.
