This storyline's end is long overdue. Granted, AEW had to get to the wedding angle, which didn't go down until February, but Miro has felt ripe for turning since entering the promotion last year and the weeks following the spoiled ceremony have brought little to heat this lacking rivalry up.

Freak weather in the United States is to blame for this, as it forced Miro to miss a set of tapings during which a follow-up was planned. Regardless, there's little meat on these bones. Miro and Sabian are spinning their wheels like their opposite numbers.

Chuck Taylor's run as Miro's butler was moderately entertaining, though Orange Cassidy has become the first AEW wrestler to feel somewhat overexposed. It'd be a stretch to say audiences are totally burned out on him yet, but regardless, he needs a break, particularly from storylines like this. Feuds based around wedding cakes and smashed arcade consoles aren't the answer.

The ideal result is a babyface victory here. It should be Sabian's fault, prompting Miro to finally snap on him, pulling the trigger on the turn.

Winners: Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor
