10 HUGE WWE Elimination Chamber 2018 Predictions You Need To Know

2. The Champ Ain't Here

With the Elimination Chamber housing within it a rather obvious winner not decked in neon green (unless a 'Big Dog' gets an incredible new coat), it begs the question of how John Cena will fall short.

He snuck in a quick burial of The Miz last year before disappearing in clean fashion, and may choose to indulge in his favourite hobby again before departing at the hands of Elias (or feet of Finn Balor).

After a murky 2017, 'Big Match John's been in choice form this year. A main event bully with a stubborn desire to have something big to do at WrestleMania 34, Cena's selfish overtones are at least not without purpose. There's no middle ground in his unsubtle displays, but mirroring of prior televised efforts against his smaller foes would work well within the confines of the Chamber.

At some point, the alleged 'huge' match Cena's been promised may have to show itself, but could the reveal ironically emerge in the form of the Chamber being plunged into total darkness? A brief tolling of a legendary bell would give the audience all it needs, and possibly offer an opening to one of the above 'lucky' ones to creep in with a sneaky pin on 'The Champ'.
