10 HUGE WWE Hell In A Cell 2018 Predictions You Need To Know

2. Reigns Over Braun

The Shield

Aside from The Shield looking swish as f*ck in with red title belts augmenting their all-black aesthetic, Roman Reigns simply can't slip from his delicate throne this early into his run. It undermines the painstaking work the company took to get there, as well as the journey still left to travel for 'The Big Dog' to actually get over in the spot.

It does create a small issue for the rather large man on the other side of the storyline. Braun Strowman has been forced back into an ill-suited heel role to facilitate a brighter future for Roman, but it's merely diluted the support instead of converting favourable cheers in to fan fury. What remains is something of an awkward silence - the worst soundtrack to the chaos and destruction that helped elevate him to the top of the card in the first place.

There'll be plenty of said carnage on display in the match - the pair carefully combined smoke, mirrors and actual ability in their 2017 feud - but the result will almost certainly be left out of the planning and execution of the encounter. Roman and Strowman have more wars to wage, and a non-finish on Sunday is an unfortunate speedbump on their fury road.
