10 HUGE WWE Stomping Grounds Predictions You Need To Know

1. Beast Mode

Seth Rollins Brock Lesnar Baron Corbin
WWE

Brock Lesnar as a briefcase-weilding referee isn't just the best case scenario for the comedy it proffers - 'The Beast' could attempt to take ultimate revenge simply by implying that he'll cash in rather than actually doing it - because his mere presence out there between Seth Rollins and Baron Corbin makes that match infinitely more entertaining.

Lesnar in a referee shirt is hoot, until it's very suddenly not. Lesnar taking his time with counts, or ignoring the match entirely to enjoy his BeastBox is funny, until it's very suddenly not. Lesnar watching to men fight to a futile end is f*cking hilarious, until it's very suddenly really, really not.

The sheer promise of Brock battering Baron just to get him out of the way will be cathartic enough, before yet another attempt to cash in is foiled by a gutsy Rollins, or the 'Beastslayer' finally gets his comeuppance for all those chair shots and low blows.

Regardless of how the match begins or ends, the use of Lesnar as the man in the middle will determine if the first (and last?) ever Stomping Grounds main event succeeds.
