10 HUGE WWE Stomping Grounds Predictions You Need To Know

9. Daniel Bryan And Rowan (c) Vs. Heavy Machinery

Seth Rollins Brock Lesnar Baron Corbin
WWE

Will Daniel Bryan be on the Kickoff Show for the second time in as many (non-Saudi Arabian) pay-per-views on Sunday?

The build to this battle with Heavy Machinery has been deeply satisfying in spite of itself and almost entirely as a result of Bryan's robust ability to get absolutely everything over. It's about time he was rewarded with a f*cking win or two again as thanks.

With Rowan, he lost to The Usos in a match that was rendered meaningless mere minutes after it happened, but the titles are on the line here and surely the former WWE Champion can't be laying down here, can he? The finest all-rounder in the company may have set himself up for that exact fall in one of the last lines of his superb SmackDown Live commentary on the go-home show.

After burying the pair for their Bushwhacker-esque stupidity (and teeing up Corey Graves to sink John Laurinaitis), he was generous enough to put over their finisher. How else can a wrestler do just that?

Heavy Machinery will require even heavier lifting, but the broad-shouldered Bryan could be the man to do it. Otis and Tucker won't take the titles, but they'll at least be credible challengers again as result of the loss.

Winners - Daniel Bryan & Rowan
