10 HUGE WWE Stomping Grounds Predictions You Need To Know

8. The New Day (Big E And Xavier Woods) Vs. Kevin Owens And Sami Zayn

Seth Rollins Brock Lesnar Baron Corbin
WWE

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn can't buy a f*cking win of late, and it's becoming a bit of an embarrassment.

Their respective returns have been victims of bad luck and bad booking in 2019. Owens lost his WrestleMania match under the weight of the momentum behind KofiMania. Sami Zayn parroting Vince McMahon's rage after the 'Show Of Shows' had genuine depth until defeat after defeat planted him even lower than he was before he left.

The heels used to be the wrestlers capable of getting over despite the the company's disinterest, but the last few months may have proved the old adage no longer true.

In contrast, Xavier Woods and Big E will now never not be stars. The New Day can filter in and out of feuds like this one with or without Kofi Kingston's WWE Title, and it's why they need the win here least. And that, subsequently, is probably why they'll get it.

Winners - The New Day
