10 HUGE WWE Survivor Series 2021 Predictions You Need To Know

9. Men's Survivor Series Match

Drew McIntyre has been waiting for two years for a "moment".

He got one at the 2020 Royal Rumble, but it was the last time he'd taste the sweet nectar of real success in front of an adoring audience. By the time he was dethroning Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36, the pandemic had robbed him of any noise whatsoever beyond forearms on flesh. When distanced observers made it to the 'Show Of Shows' the following year, he fell short against Bobby Lashley, and by his own admission in a recent (again, losing) programme with Big E, his ignoring of a SummerSlam victory over Jinder Mahal implied that that match wasn't valid either.

So just do it here.

Bobby Lashley as a late insertion into Team Raw makes it perfect anyway. He was the ultimate summer spoiler in their WWE Championship bouts. McIntyre can get a measure of revenge and - as he's done with his open challenges so far - prove himself absolutely worthy of challenging Roman Reigns down the road.

Winners - Team SmackDown (1-1)
