10 Hypothetical WWE Brawl For All 2016 Contestants

1. Brock Lesnar

Was there ever any doubt who #1 would be?

At this point, Brock Lesnar would have no reason to do such a tournament for WWE, but that doesn't make him any less qualified. His recent victory over Mark Hunt at UFC 200 showed that Lesnar still has what it takes to compete for real despite the USADA violation.

The Beast Incarnate's list of credentials that would qualify him for the Brawl For All contest, if it were held again in 2016, is like no other superstar currently in WWE. For that matter, it's unlike no other superstar in WWE history with the exception of maybe Kurt Angle.

Even with the 1996 Olympic gold medalist Angle, however, Brock has dominated both the amateur wrestling and mixed martial arts worlds by becoming the NCAA Division 1 Heavyweight Champion in 2000 (runner-up in 1999) and the UFC Heavyweight Champion in 2008.

When Paul Heyman speaks about Brock Lesnar as a once-in-a-lifetime athlete, it's not your typical pro-wrestling speak. It's 100% legit, and if the Brawl For All returned to WWE tomorrow, Lesnar would be the overwhelming favourite to win it all.

Without even mentioning money, Brock would have nothing to prove and would have everything to lose by participating in a 2016 Brawl For All, but that doesn't mean he's anything less than the most qualified WWE superstar for this hypothetical tournament.
