Another possibility involving the draft would be to put draft picks on the line.

While we all know the WWE draft is just a storyline vehicle to shuffle the rosters, it would actually create some storyline stakes if the winning brand could then draft a wrestler from the losing brand. Or if the draft itself was moved to after Survivor Series, the winning brand could pick first.

Imagine if the men’s Team Raw won and then earned the right to draft any member of Team SmackDown to the red brand. You could have a partnership like Roman Reigns and Jey Uso split up in the October draft, and then Roman leads his team to victory so SmackDown can snatch Jey back. You could even have a discontented wrestler on one brand throw the elimination match so she or he is drafted to the opposing show.

Again, there are numerous possibilities here, all of which are more than the bragging rights earned under the current scenario.
