SummerSlam 1994 featured two main events, one of which locked Bret Hart and his brother Owen in a steel cage for the WWE Championship. In a 32-minute triumph, Bret managed to retain the title by escaping the cage. Despite Bret and Owen's landmark match, events at ringside proved nearly as enthralling.

As expected, family drama was a major element in Bret and Owen's match at SummerSlam, with interviewers scrutinizing the Hart clan over whose side they were on. When Bret and Owen finally locked horns, all that pent-up Hart frustration exploded, both in and out of the ring.

The Hart clan gazed in horror as Bret and Owen pummelled each other into submission. Yet one family member at ringside almost stole the show with his choice of pay-per-view garb.

The British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith, elected to don a beige vest with no undershirt for the occasion. If that wasn't enough, his eyeglasses and luscious curls made Smith a contender for Sexiest Man Alive. Is it hot in here or what?

Landing somewhere between Fabio and your dad's INXS cover band, Smith was the New Generation Era's tall drink of water, and that's saying something in a period known for the likes of Shawn Michaels and Diesel. Eat your heart out, everyone!
