10 Indie Wrestling Acts WWE Must Sign For NXT In 2016

1. Shinsuke Nakamura

Speaking of cool, look no further than Shinsuke Nakamura. He is one of the most well rounded performers in wrestling today. While he€™s absolutely fantastic in the ring and is one of New Japan Pro Wrestling€™s biggest stars, he also has incredible charisma that would translate to WWE, starting in NXT. On paper, we can all argue that Nakamura, if signed by WWE, should go straight to the main roster but in reality with learning the ropes of the company and learning to cut a decent promo in English, a good 6 month stint in NXT would be a huge benefit to the Japanese sensation. If you checked out Wrestle Kingdom 9 this past January then you€™ll remember Nakamura€™s incredible entrance where he seemed like a mix of Prince, Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson rolled into one. He has a star power and aura about him that€™s lacking in wrestling today. At 35 years old, if he€™s ever going to make the jump then 2016 is the time to do it. With his contract coming up with New Japan, will he take the risk to become a success in the States or stick with New Japan? I can only hope that at NXT: Takeover Brooklyn the night before SummerSlam, we can see 15,000 fans in the Barclays Center screaming their heads off for the coolest guy in the business, Shinsuke Nakamura.
