10 Insane Wrestling Moves AJ Styles Doesn't Do Anymore

8. Brainbuster

Fosbury Flop

A brainbuster is a vertical suplex's nastier cousin. The wrestler performing the move lifts his opponent up the same way, but instead of falling back and dropping the poor sap on his back, he falls straight down and plants him high on his shoulders. The move is pretty rare these days, especially in WWE, as it can either be pretty dangerous or just end up looking like a suplex. It's hard to find the right middle ground.

Clearly, Styles found it. With this brainbuster - and many others - "The Phenomenal One" managed to deliver a devastating-looking maneuver that was anything but a vertical suplex, but still kept his opponent safe.
