10 Insane Wrestling Moves AJ Styles Doesn't Do Anymore

6. Diving Somersault Plancha

Fosbury Flop
TNA

So many of Styles's moves - then and now - involve him using his own body as a projectile, but few of those maneuvers require as much reckless abandon as a diving somersault plancha. The wrestler performing the move runs at the ropes, jumps over while completely avoiding them, and executes a flip before crash-landing on his opponent. If he or she isn't being caught by a capable wrestler, injury can't accurately be avoided.

Here, Styles busts out the move on an opponent who, thankfully, was up to the task - a young Roderick Strong. Even so, he ended up crashing into the guardrail and falling to the floor, so maybe it's for the best that he doesn't do it anymore.
