10 Jeff Hardy WWE Matches That Must Happen

5. Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns may not be a bad guy in the traditional wrestling sense of the term, but it is hard to argue against him being the biggest heel on the WWE roster today. Reigns was one of the most hated men in the promotion before WrestleMania 33, and seemingly retiring The Undertaker has pushed the levels of anger directed at him over the edge.

Jeff Hardy is one of those rare pro wrestlers who is a thousand times more engaging and entertaining as a babyface. When Jeff left WWE in 2009 a solid case could have been made for 'The Charismatic Engima' being the top babyface in North American wrestling. TNA tried to turn Hardy heel on a number of occasions - it never worked.

WWE's biggest heel and one of its purest babyfaces would surely go together like magnet and steel. Reigns has proven himself to be one of the best big match performers on the roster today, and Jeff has proved in the past that stepping up to the big match WWE plate is what he was born to do. This match would be fantastic.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
