Though Austin Aries fell to Neville at WrestleMania, their feud has continued and "The Greatest Man That Ever Lived" will be getting another crack at "The King of the Cruiserweights" at Payback. This time, though, the dynamic has shifted - Neville has formed an alliance with inaugural Cruiserweight Champion TJ Perkins, while Aries is partnering with "Gentleman" Jack Gallagher.

A second straight loss won't do much for Aries, who returned from injury shortly before WrestleMania to turn babyface and challenge Neville. At the same time, though, Neville has been such a great, dominant champion that it seems like a shame to take the belt off of him now. It's probably most reasonable to expect that Neville wins cheaply, with the company booking a finish that gives Aries some plausible deniability.

Given that WWE's bookers love to throw in swerves, it wouldn't be all that surprising to see Gallagher turn on Aries, costing him the match and forming an alliance with Neville and Perkins. Gallagher's gimmick would lend itself well to a turn, and a feud with "Gentleman" Jack would give Aries something to do next. On the other hand, though, WWE has had problems getting the cruiserweights over, and Gallagher is one of a few who gets the desired reaction. That might stay the company's collective hand.
