10 Lessons Ronda Rousey Could Teach WWE

1. Less Is Sometimes More

There's absolutely no reason why Brock Lesnar and Kofi Kingston should've fought for six minutes at "Beast In The East" in Tokyo. In all reality, the match should've been billed as a "No Disqualification and No Holds Barred" fight and presented as the main event. Do a bunch of K-1-style gaga, and have the fight itself last all of 15 seconds. The rest of the New Day could've done a run-in after Kofi's disposed. Then, have some kind of outside of the ring, Bruiser Brody and Stan Hansen style madness included. It's a recipe for greatness that the Japanese know well, and likely has never been presented on any sort of television that Americans have ever had access to. People love Ronda Rousey bouts because as per her level of skill, the fights are over quickly. Brock's level of skill in WWE and MMA is kayfabe comparable to that of Rousey, so in taking on a non-fighter/non-main event competitor, doing a super-fast knockout finish hurts nobody and actually adds to how over Brock is as a draw.
