10 Lessons Ronda Rousey Could Teach WWE

3. Push Cliques

MMA belongs the Ronda Rousey and her friends Shana Basler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir. Just like how the Attitude/Monday Night Wars Era was dominated by the Kliq, the NWA of the 80s was largely dominated by the Four Horsemen, MMA being under the control of the Four Horsewomen actually means big business for UFC. WWE needs to either allow or discover a group of young and motivated talents to come together in their dressing room and decided that the future of that company is theirs for the taking. For better, pro wrestling (like any pro sport) is best when there's a small group at the top that cares not just for their own benefit, but for the benefit of finding those who want to reach their level of excellence, too. While not a "Kliq," WWE certainly needs to discover a clique of top talent and allow them to define WWE's future.
