CM Punk has worked rather tirelessly to keep his personal life private, choosing not to share the details of his life away from the ring but, in this new age of camera phones and Twitter, wrestler's personal lives are talked about almost as much their life inside the ring. CM Punk has always been a great in-ring worker but his various dealings with a fair amount of WWE Divas is enough to make any man jealous of Phil Brooks. Starting down in OVW, CM Punk was romantically linked to both Daffney (formerly of WCW and TNA) along with Traci Brooks, who posed for Playboy as a member of the TNA roster and eventually married Frankie Kazarian. Punk eventually moved on to WWE Diva Search participant Maria Kanellis, who was working as a backstage interviewer in OVW. Maria eventually claimed that the two broke up because of her decision to pose naked for Playboy magazine, something Punk did not support. Punk then started to date WWE Divas champion Beth Phoenix but their breakup was nasty as well. Punk was quoted on the Holbergs Morning Circus radio show as saying:
I just ended a relationship No, it doesnt hurt at all. It pisses me off to watch people you love and admire become complete douche-bags People just flake I realized that it doesnt matter who it was, as long as someone was her boyfriend.
Continuing his quest to date every single WWE Diva ever, Punk then moved on to a relationship with Amy "Lita" Dumas, engaging in an off-and-on relationship with the Hall of Famer until around 2012. Finally, Punk seemed to finally settle down with current fanboy favorite AJ Lee, becoming engaged to the former women's champion in 2014.
