Kevin Owens is currently being positioned in the same sort of vein as Brock Lesnar. He put everyone on notice when he made his Raw debut and smashed John Cena. A plausible long term plan for WWE is to build Owens up strong, before putting him against someone like Brock Lesnar. That'd sell well, as the narrative would be two beasts butting heads. Owens has that look and body type about him, backed up by a killer attitude. We've seen that playing out on NXT, in the ruthless way he has treated Sami Zayn and others. It has been reminiscent of the mean streak in Lesnar. Owens Vs Brock is definitely something for WWE to consider in the future, especially if they are wanting to use Brock's reputation to help make new stars.
