WWE is built on the idea of a continuous revolving door of talent coming and going in and out of the company. Wrestlers leave Vince McMahon's employment for a variety of reasons, whether it be letting their contracts expire, being released, or retiring.

Additionally, WWE is always looking to bring in the best talent from around the world. Whether it be in ring veterans or prospects NXT hopes to turn into the next big thing in wrestling, fresh faces are always joining the company. While that makes for exciting television with a constant influx of talent, that means wrestlers cannot be in WWE forever.

Much of the talent that makes up Raw and SmackDown have only been in the company for a short while. Even many of the most recognized names in the company such as John Cena, Rey Mysterio, Edge, and Cody Rhodes, all whom debuted in WWE long ago, have spent a considerable amount of time away from the company.

However, a select few wrestlers have managed to endure, continuously being employed by WWE for over a decade. Some wrestlers have been able to reinvent themselves over the years, while others have simply been the standard-bearer for the men and women of the division for years on end. With only ten wrestlers currently employed by WWE for more than ten years, here are the longest tenured members of Vince McMahon's roster.

10. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar first arrived in WWE over 20 years ago on the 18 March 2002 episode of Raw. That would have made him the longest tenured member of the roster had he never stepped away from the company. However, Lesnar would leave the WWE in 2004 to pursue a career in the NFL and later the UFC.

The Beast made his long awaited return to WWE on the post WrestleMania 28 edition of Raw, on 2 April 2012. Attacking John Cena on that night, Brock would set the stage for one of the most talked about runs in wrestling history. In the past ten years The Next Big Thing has lived up to his original moniker, planting himself firmly in the main event scene of WWE and never leaving.

Brock Lesnar's second stint under Vince McMahon's employ has seen him win seven world titles, main event four WrestleMania's, win the 2022 Royal Rumble and most notably, end the Undertaker's WrestleMania winning streak. Despite rumors to the contrary, Brock has never left the WWE since 2012, which has included long stretches of time off television, even while WWE and Universal Champion.
