Considering Bill Eadie and Barry Darsow are plaintiffs in the lawsuit accusing WWE of hiding long-term effects of brain trauma caused by years of wrestling, Demolition highlights won't be featured on WWE television anytime soon. WWE declined to air any of Ax & Smash's greatest hits last year when former RAW Tag Team Champions, The New Day, were chasing Demolition's record as longest reigning Tag Team Champions.

Regardless, fans should remember Demolition's WrestleMania matches. The peak of their popularity converged at WrestleMania VI. In Toronto, Demolition won the Tag Team Championship for a third time when they defeated the Colossal Connection, Andre The Giant and Haku. What felt like a monumental victory at the time was quickly diminished later that summer.

Demolition added a third member (Crush), turned hee,l and lost the titles. The tag division was then centered around WWF newcomers, the Legion Of Doom.

By WrestleMania VII, Ax had left the company, Smash was about to be re-gimmicked the "Repo Man", and the memory of Demolition's 3-peat was washed away.
