Uhaa Nation is one of NXT's most recent signings, but he has the potential to make NXT a brief stop along the way to eventual superstardom. Nation made his pro debut in 2009 under the Uhaa Nation name, working smaller shows and eventually signing with Dragon Gate, making appearances with Dragon Gate USA and its parent company/related promotions (Evolve, Full Impact Pro). He had a tryout with the WWE in October 2014, and was offered a developmental contract. He reported to the Performance Center this past April, and made his TV debut in a contract signing segment May 6th. Seems pretty green, right? However, he's regarded highly by fellow wrestlers (Mark Henry singled out Nation and Kevin Owens as guys who will make an impact on the business). He's also hitting his prime at twenty-seven years old, and if all goes well in NXT, he could move up to the main roster pretty quickly.
