10 Major Booking Mistakes WWE Has Already Made With WrestleMania 36
6. There's Nothing For WWE's New "Stars" To Do
SmackDown hasn't been doing much to build new stars, but RAW Executive Director Paul Heyman has put the spotlight on the likes of Aleister Black, Humberto Carrillo, Ricochet, and Angel Garza with mixed results. Unfortunately, it's not looking like any of them will be given the chance to showcase their abilities on the Grandest Stage of Them All this year.
There's time for them to be thrown into multi-man matches or something similar, but Black is being used to build up AJ Styles for The Undertaker, and poor Ricochet's burial continued on this week's RAW when he took a clean loss to 24/7 Champion Riddick Moss.
The WrestleMania card admittedly features the likes of Shayna Baszler, Drew McIntyre, and Rhea Ripley (all of whom can benefit to some extent depending on how they're booked), but most of the card is made up of Superstars who won't be in WWE ten years from now.
A show like this is the perfect opportunity to turn an Andrade or Lacey Evans into the next big thing, but the vast majority of them aren't being given the chance to shine this year.
