No, not Sasha Banks... The number one difference between NXT and the WWE is the man in charge. As one of the most powerful people in the entire company, Paul Levesque made NXT what it is today, but WWE is still run by Vince McMahon, a fact Triple H is under no misconceptions about. While Triple H has studied under the Vince McMahon learning tree, the two men do have their differences, not the least of which is their age. NXT is viewed as the cooler product with a smarter audience perhaps, in part, because its creator is 46 years old, while RAW continues to be ran by Vince, who is now a grandfather in his seventies. Both leaders are likely to have their own way of doing things and running their brands. Triple H still ultimately works for Vince McMahon, but Vince has given Triple H full control over NXT, in which Vince does not meddle. Only when it is time to add fresh faces to the main roster will Vince look to Triple H for resources to fill his request. And while Trips has the final say down south, talents will have to get used to the way Vince does things in order to be successful up north. One other distinction that cannot be understated is Levesque knows what it's like to be talent and not office whereas Vince, despite having worked numerous shows as a performer, doesn't. The younger Triple H, though clearly on the side of office today, used to be one of the boys and can more easily connect with the talent on a level that Vince McMahon never could. It's an adjustment all talents will have to get used to and is without a doubt, the biggest difference between NXT and WWE.
