10 Major Problems WWE Faces In 2015

2. The Future Of Brock Lesnar

Going into 2015, one of the biggest questions in WWE will be the status of Brock Lesnar. Will he stay or will he go back to UFC or possibly Bellator? With his contract set to expire the day after WrestleMania 31, there are major questions about what his next move is. It might not make sense for WWE to keep him around since he's really not making a difference in terms of TV ratings or PPV buys. He's rumored to make about $3 million per year with WWE to work about four matches, so how can you justify paying him that when you are trying to cut costs? The reason it's a problem is they've spent all this time building him up as their WWE Champion and a big deal in the company, yet if he just goes away in a few months then it's a big void that will need to be replaced. Somebody else can be the WWE Champion (Roman Reigns most likely), but how will they find another top heel? That's going to be a problem. Lesnar's absence will be felt in WWE if he goes. It's not easy to find talented performers like him. The decision to keep him might be the smart thing from a storyline standpoint, but it may not be wise looking at the cost of it.
