10 Major Stars Who Escaped WWE Creative Jail

6. PAC

Y2Jail WWE
Dragon Gate Network

Like every great storyteller, PAC has shown us his frustration throughout his awesome post-WWE run.

He didn't tell us. He didn't immediately jump to the nearest English-speaking company, grab a microphone, and cut the dreaded "I've got a live mic" promo. He didn't tell us that he was allowed to do things they wouldn't let him do "in that other place".

In that other place, of course, they took one of the elite wrestlers on the planet, arguably the best at psychologically manipulating the audience into jeering such a jaw-dropping arsenal, and jobbed him out to Enzo Amore. This wasn't just creative jail. Punished as a means of punishing somebody else (!), this was solitary confinement. It was a miscarriage of justice, too, because the man was in the process of perfecting his unique promo brand and an advanced wrestling style totally his own.

Neville escaped, eventually, and as PAC has reinvented himself as a MAGNIFICENT BASTARD. Driven to abject, all-consuming misery by the lack of RESPECT shown to the KING, PAC now unleashes that misery onto his opponents in matches that arguably perfect opposing wrestling ideals.

They look gorgeous, and they look like they really, really hurt.
