Rusev's feud with Dolph Ziggler is so stale at this point. He's desperate for something new, and needs a major feud to get him back to the monster heel level he was at before feuding with John Cena earlier this year. Undertaker and Hell In A Cell could be Rusev's remedy for getting back on track. It would be a big fight feel, less of the soap opera, and more of straight up fighting. It is the serious storyline Rusev needs after so much Lana / Summer Rae nonsense in recent months. As for Taker, he's getting to work a giant, which is what he likes. He'd defeat Rusev, but it would have put big match focus back on the Bulgarian brute.
