10 MMA Fighters You Want To See Knocked Out In 2020
3. Colby Covington
Colby Covington is not given the credit he deserves.
Sure, he's not an intensely likeable personality, but that's the point. Covington knew that in order to get himself into more conversations he had to dial up certain 'heel-ish' traits and aspects of his persona up to 11 and hasn't been able to keep his name out of the headlines ever since.
However, any man who chooses to call Brazil a 'dump' - whilst standing in the middle of their country at UFC Sao Paulo - or openly support Donald Trump is always going to be classed as, well... divisive.
So, if you were to ask the majority of fight fans around the world who they would like to see conclusively knocked into next week in 2020, you have to imagine 'Chaos' would find his way to the top of most of their lists.
He did get his jaw thoroughly restructured at the hands of current UFC Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman at UFC 245 and could therefore be set to face six months on the sidelines, thanks to a medical suspension.
When he does return, Covington could be in contention for a title rematch with Usman or possibly even a showdown with old pal Jorge Masvidal. Either way, there's no prize for guessing who the majority of fans will want to see KOd when all is said and done.
