Most of the entries featured on this list revolve around incidents that temporarily stopped a match. In the case of Alberto Del Rio vs. Sin Cara on the 19 August 2013 Raw, the match was completely canned after Cara dislocated a finger.

This was the original Sin Cara, as in the former Mistico and the nowadays Caristico. Championed as a marquee signing by Triple H at the time of his arrival in WWE in 2011, there were high hopes that the one-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion would serve as the company's 'next' Rey Mysterio.

For whatever reason - see: injuries and countless botches - it never worked out for Mistico in WWE, and this match with Del Rio was his last appearance on WWE television.

Famously, Sin Cara dislocated his finger just 25 seconds into this contest following a dive to the outside on Del Rio. The referee would throw up the X sign, a WWE doctor would make his way to Cara, and then-World Heavyweight Champion Alberto would roll his opponent back into the ring and land some stiff stomps - with the ref officially calling off the match after less than a minute.

Reports at the time claimed Del Rio and management were furious at Sin Cara for not 'simply' putting his finger back into place and working through the issue.
