10 Moments That Made Sasha Banks WWE's MVP

9. Overcoming Team B.A.D

WWE called Sasha up to the big leagues in July 2015, and it...wasn't quite what fans had hoped for. Sure, the initial buzz for fellow call-ups like Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch was definitely there too, but Banks immediately got in line behind more seasoned Raw and SmackDown names like Naomi and Tamina.

Not for long.

Banks deserves a huge pat on the back for refusing to let this inauspicious start wreck her confidence or any of the momentum she'd built with hardcore fans down in NXT. Team B.A.D was 100% a wobbly beginning to life on the flagship for Sasha, and yet she came out of the faction shining.

It didn't take long before even Vinnie Mac's infamous start/stop booking style fell by the wayside. Even the Vin-man couldn't deny someone with the natural star quality and charisma Banks had. She was destined for the top, and not even diluting her spotlight could change that.
