10 More Ways WWE Could Mine Nostalgia During The Empty Arena Era

4. Truck Stuff

Adam Cole drove an Undisputed Era monster truck into his Backlot Brawl with Velveteen Dream at TakeOver: In Your House.

That was weird, wasn't it?

Cole's the coolest guy in a lot of rooms, but man and machine didn't really look at one with each other in the way that Steve Austin did when he was crushing a car. Days later, Triple H was full of glowing praise for the Undisputed Era leader, perhaps revealing that he's imposing the same virtues on the NXT Champion as he did on himself at various points in his career. 'The Game' was never cool either, no matter how much he insisted on making his WrestleMania entrances A Thing.

But trucks are canon now, so get them on the g*ddamn roof!

Dexter Lumis nicked off with Roderick Strong and Bobby Fish in a van, Dream and Cole conducted their brawl under the distracting headlights of about 10 of them, and Becky Lynch's 18-wheeler could easily get a black-and-gold respray. Giant vehicles can't stare at their hands questioning what they've done, but drivers can.
