The Big Show’s initial tenure in the WWF didn’t go as smoothly as he would have liked. Placed under the 'Deadman's wing, the Undertaker made no bones about it - he was going to whip the giant into shape.

Intimidating and severe, ‘Taker pushed, prodded, shoved, and slapped The Big Show into trying harder, getting into better shape, and generally taking his responsibilities more seriously, and eventually the hard work began to pay off.

Years later, the pair would have what Big Show considered one of his finest matches, and he felt compelled to text his mentor to thank him; both for the match, and for everything he’d done for him. As he explained to The Sport Bible in September last year, he wasn’t expecting the response he got:

"He sends me a text back, and it's a picture of his balls and he's flipping me the bird! I didn't know how to reply to that! “I didn't see him for about a month afterwards and when I did he just went red and started laughing. I said 'Yeah thanks for that,' and he asked 'Well, did you get the message?' “Yeah, loud and clear!"

Teabagging by text message is an unusual demonstration of tough love, but each to his own.
