10 More WWE Wrestlers Who Will Soon Be All Elite

3. Cedric Alexander

Cedric Alexander’s WWE main roster run has been an extremely curious one. He was called up somewhat out of the blue from 205 Live and then simply drifted into the wilderness. After months of hardly any screen time, he found a new lease of life after Paul Heyman took over as Executive Director of Raw.

After that he did enjoy a bit of a resurgence. He was on Raw regularly and having great matches with the likes of Cesaro and others. He even got featured in the Shane McMahon-Roman Reigns storyline one night where he was delighted to have lost to Shane and Drew. But after that, it all just fell apart for Cedric. The reason being, Vince apparently just doesn’t see anything in him.

As unfortunate as it is, it probably means Mr. Alexander is never getting a push in WWE and he himself has expressed his frustrations with this situation. So, when his contract does expire, it almost seems inevitable that he will be out the door.

And when he does walk out, All Elite might be an ideal destination for him. Sure it invites the argument of snapping up every WWE reject out there, but if they can use him in a better way (Shawn Spears for example is a far more compelling character than he ever was in WWE), then why the hell not?
