10 Most Boring Wrestlers Of 2021

5. Shinsuke Nakamura

Shinsuke Nakamura is the kind of guy some believe is immune from criticism. Dare to question his worth to WWE in 2021 and many will still get their hackles up and leap to defend him. Hey, nobody's disputing Naka's portfolio or the blistering battles he had with all and sundry years ago.

Years ago.

What did Shin do in 2021? He turned face again, wrestled Seth Rollins in a Fastlane match no-one really remembers, stole 'King' Corbin's crown to become royalty himself and then, well, he willingly gave up that 'King' moniker right before King Of The Ring returned (which made no sense).

Also, Nakamura developed a friendship with 80s rocker Rick Boogs that hasn't been explained at all. In lieu of developing that, WWE had Naka beat Apollo Crews to become Intercontinental Champion in August - he hasn't defended the belt on TV since September.

His entire year has been middle of the road.
