9. Dynamite Kid Crashes To The Floor Off Of A Running Headbutt - WrestleMania 2

The less stunt-oriented WWE of the 1980s makes it a little harder to mine eye-popping occurrences from, but if you had to start somewhere, any British Bulldogs match is a safe bet. In particular, the Dynamite Kid, to his eventual detriment, took some of the most hellacious risks for the sake of his craft. In the closing moments of WrestleMania 2's Tag Team title bout, Dynamite perched himself on the second rope as a means of sacrifice. Davey Boy Smith rifled Greg Valentine in his direction, with Dynamite and "The Hammer" knocking skulls. Post-impact, Dynamite took a bold, and pretty much blind, back-first bump to the concrete. So wounded was Dynamite that he couldn't even take part in the post-match celebration, as manager Captain Lou Albano and guest-second Ozzy Osbourne gave the victory speech while Dynamite writhed on the floor, loopy and bleeding.
